To help you all understand the basics of mental health disorders and how to deal with them, we present:

Mental health has long been a conversation of taboo, making it increasingly difficult for people who are struggling to stand up for their health, to talk about it, or even just to get some help.
To combat this, we want to encourage conversation around mental illness and make people feel heard, to get help, and to support them.
What we need for mental health is a little less romanticism and a lot more unashamed conversations!
MIND your health is a WEBINAR that aims to achieve this with the help of interactive sessions, discussions about case scenarios, and fun quizzes which will help you be better oriented to this vast topic of mental health.
