The journal has been started with an initiative to fill a void existing in the domain by exposing the discipline to learning about and from INDIA that could enrich the field in a progressive direction.
EXORDIUM Journal of Socio-Contemporary issues aims to facilitate scholarly and professional discussions over current social matters in India and publish innovative research concerning Indian society. Published exclusively in English, the Review seeks to expand the boundaries of Indian social discourses to access English-speaking contributors and readers all over the country. The Review, hence, welcomes contributions from Indian scholars and professionals as well as executive authorities and agencies of development cooperation. The Review contains any topics concerning India's socio contemporary novelty and recency of issues. However, it is a priority in publishing. The range of contents covered by the authors spans from established regular social topics such as Mental health, Global recognition of LGBT rights, Attacks on RTI Activists, Rehabilitation of sex workers, Analysis of Medical termination of pregnancy, Anti-torture law, Analysis of the Right to Information (Amendment) Act, 2019, Importance of free speech, Impact of RTI on corruption, concerning India, to various approaches to comparative studies of sociology and law and many others. Specialize studies concerning multiple aspects of life. A recommendation by the Editors on specific research issues to be covered in each volume may be made available to prospective contributors before the publication of the work.
